Phillip John Koss has been missing from our family since
March 12, 1995 from Sarasota, Fl. We would like to find out if he is alright and if he needs any help from us. We love him very much and have missed him every day that he has been gone. If anyone has any information to his whereabouts, I (his Mother) would appreciate it if you could e-mail me. We just want to know that he is safe and tell him that it is OK if he comes home.
